Joe's Kitchen, Bar, & Bakery ("we") operates joesitalianonline.com. This policy describes how we collect and use information when you request catering, a wedding tasting, or otherwise contact us.

What we collect

When you submit a tasting or catering request we collect your name, email, phone number, event details (date, guest count, venue, service style), and optional notes about other decision-makers. We also collect advertising attribution (UTM parameters, Facebook click IDs, and browser identifiers such as _fbp / _fbc) so we can measure our ads, plus your IP address and browser type on form submit.

How we use it

We use this information to follow up about your event, schedule tastings, send confirmation and reminder texts you opted into, and improve our advertising. Lead records are stored in our Notion workspace for the catering team.

Text messages

If you check the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Joe's Kitchen, Bar, & Bakery about your tasting and event. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Advertising

We use Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixels and conversions API to understand which ads lead to tasting requests. Meta may receive hashed contact information and browser identifiers for matching. See Meta's privacy policy for how they process that data.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it with service providers who help us run the website, calendar booking, advertising measurement, and our internal Notion workspace.
